OUR TEAM
James M Restaino is one of the founding partners of Specialized Health Services LLC. James graduated from the University of Delaware in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Minor in Finance and Economics. James worked as an Accountant for 7 years straight out of college until deciding accounting just wasn’t for him.
Ann joined the SHS team in 2019. Having served for six years as Councilperson and eight years as the Mayor of the Borough of Caldwell, Ann brings her government experience to the health insurance discussion.
Always on the lookout for ways to reduce the healthcare insurance costs, as Mayor, she engaged Specialized Health Services, and saved $100,000 annually, with no reduction in benefits to her employees.
